INVITATION TO TENDER
Background and Rationale
Mercy Corps Puntland is pleased to invite sealed Bids from eligible applicants for the Tender of the Rehabilitation Works for Agaran Primary School.
The specific Rehabilitation Works for Agaran Primary School include; Rehabilitation of Three (3) Classrooms. All Works to be carried out according to the design, technical plans and specifications.
Qualified Construction Firms who wish to be considered for the proposed Works of rehabilitation of Agaran Primary School are invited to collect the tender package from Mercy Corps Garowe office on Monday, January 25th, 2021 from 09:00 – 12:00 pm. Firms should submit clearly marked Envelopes with Tender reference on or before Thursday, February 11th 2021 at 10.00 hrs and must be hand delivered in the Tender Box at the Mercy Corps Garowe Office, Global road, behind the HADMA. The Bids should contain the following information:
a. Submission of Complete Contractor’s Bid;
b. Submission of Complete Qualification Information (company profile);
c. Submission of Complete Bill of Quantities and Total Bid Price;
d. Copy of Valid certificate of registration by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing;
e. Copy of Registration of Business registration
f. Detailed list of completed and ongoing building and/or civil works contracts, with Client references;
g. Curriculum vitae of supervisory staff proposed for the work; h. Completed Request for Quotation.
i. Proposed work plan for the construction.
j. Copy of tax complaint certification
k. List of machineries to undertake the works.
l. copy of Puntland tender board certificate
Contractors who fulfill the above conditions, demonstrating adequate proficiency and compliance are requested to obtain the tender documents and submit their bid on or before the indicated deadline above. A site visit either to the site will be arranged only upon request.
