1. Background
Integrated Service for Displaced Population (ISDP) is a humanitarian and development organization established in 2010 in Puntland State of Somalia. ISDP works to support displaced and vulnerable communities through health, protection, livelihood, and resilience-based programming. With 65% of staff being women, ISDP prioritizes gender equity, community participation, and accountability.

As part of malaria prevention efforts, ISDP will implement a mass distribution of Long-Lasting Insecticide-Treated Nets (LLINs) in Bossaso District. The campaign will use DHIS2 Tracker for digital household-level data collection and Last Mile Supply Management (LMSM) for LLINs stock management. To ensure effective implementation, ISDP seeks qualified Campaign Supervisors to lead distribution teams and ensure data quality and accountability.
2. Role Purpose
The LLINs Campaign Supervisor will oversee distribution teams, ensure proper use of digital tools (DHIS2 and LMSM), monitor stock movements, ensure adherence to distribution protocols, and compile daily and final reports. The supervisor will also ensure that field teams follow ISDP’s safeguarding, communication, and beneficiary accountability guidelines.
