Trump Praises Iranian Negotiators and Rejects Regime Change Agenda

President Trump describes Iranian negotiators as “rational, smart and strong.”

Washington (PP News Desk) — At the G7 summit, President Donald Trump described Iranian negotiators as “rational, smart and strong” people who wanted to help their country.

Trump added that regime change in Iran was not a goal of the United States. Vice President JD Vance echoed the President’s position, stating: “President Trump has never said that his goal was to install Reza Pahlavi as the leader of Iran.”

Commenting on Israeli aggression against Lebanon, Trump criticised the practice of bombing entire residential buildings. He said that he had suggested to Israel that “Syria can deal with Hezbollah.”

The Trump administration also praised Qatar for its meaningful contribution to diplomatic negotiations. Qatar is among the countries wrongfully attacked by Israel.
