Islamic Relief Somalia is an International humanitarian organization that has been working in Somalia since 2006. We are committed to achieving our core vision of caring for the people in all countries where we work. Our goal is to provide vulnerable communities in Somalia with access to basic needs including Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Education, Basic Health services and Livelihood Support.
Islamic Relief Somalia received funding from Islamic Relief IR-USA for afforestation sowing two sand Dams at identified sites in Puntland. Islamic Relief Somalia hereby invite bids for the provision of supply, afforestation sowing of two sand Dams for the following afforestation sowing site:-
1. Lacdhere sand Dam , in Garowe Nugal Region in Puntland.
2. Kubo sand Dam in Qardho Karkar Region in Puntland.

Interested eligible ccontractors with sound capacity, relevant experience in similar work and duly registered are here by invited to collect tender document from Islamic Relief Garowe Office.
Islamic Relief Field Office Puntland is seeking qualified plantation /firms to implement plantation of forestation for two sand Dams Lac- dhere, Garowe district,and Kubo Qardh Karkar region in Puntland.

Interested parties must submit their applications to IRS Office in Garowe, Al-Nasar Road, Next to SIXA HOSPITAL

1. Requirements for Tender Documents

  1. Tender envelop should be sealed with reference number and stamped.
  2. Company Profile with detailed physically verifiable contact address
  3. Most recent Bank statements (last 6 months).
  4. Quotation price.
  5. Valid Registration certificates.
  6. Evidence of Past Experience in a similar work (LPOs/Contracts letter etc)
  7. All bids should be written in English.

2. Deadline

Tender document with detail specification and terms and conditions will be at logistic unit of Islamic Relief Garowe office at free of cost from 27th to 31 Jan 2020. The deadline for submitting bids is 31th 2020 at 05:00PM and any tender or documents received later than this date and time will not be accepted. The sealed envelopes should be dropped at Islamic Relief Garowe Office Tender Box.
