PROJECT TITLE: Climate Resilience, Food and Livelihoods Security for Agro-pastoralists in Somalia
KAALO Aid and Development (KAALO) is a community-based non-profit, humanitarian and development organization with its headquarters located in Garowe, Puntland in Somalia. The organization was established in March 1991 just after the collapse of the Somali central government. The organization has been in existence for 33 years with a successful record in implementing Hundreds of programs and projects in both the emergency and the development sector in 9 regions of Puntland.
KAALO is currently undertaking Humanitarian intervention funded by Development Fund Norway with aim of Increased climate resilience food and livelihood security for agro- pastoralists in Somalia.
Therefore, KAALO is looking for a qualified Contractor, with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work to submit their offers against the following.
Lot1. Construction of Pipeline from Strategic Shallow Well in the Demonstration Farm to The Community Seed Bank In Dulcadale Village.
Lot2. Rehabilitation of 3 shallow well for irrigation in Dulcadeyle Village
Lot3. Supply and Installation of solar Power and water pumps for shallow wells in Dulcadale Village
Lot4. Construction of Rubble stone check dams for floods protection and Control in Dulcadeyle Village.
Lot5. Construction of 200 gabions boxes for floods protection and Control in Dulcadeyle Village.
NB. The Contractor/Supplier can apply One or more lots, but each lot must be sealed separately with required documents.
