Invitation to bid for the construction constituency offices in Badhan Sanaag district.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Through support provided by UNDP Parliamentary Support Project (PSPII), the Puntland House of Representatives is planning to have a Parliamentary Constituency Office constructed in Badhan district, Sanag region. The Parliament is therefore inviting qualified and interested construction companies in Puntland to submit a best price proposal for the construction of said office. Interested companies must arrive in Puntland Parliament premises in person, sign a registration form, collect the Bid Documents, and return hard copies of the RFP in a sealed envelope.
All bids received after the invitation to Bid (ITB) closure time will not be considered. Bids submitted via email will not be considéred as well. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
