TENDER FOR SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF SOLAR SYSTEM REF: IRS/SOLAR/GAROWE/25/1/2020
Islamic Relief Somalia is an International humanitarian organization that has been working in Somalia since 2006. We are committed to achieving our core vision of caring for the people in all countries where we work. Our goal is to provide vulnerable communities in Somalia with access to basic needs including Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Education, Basic Health services and Livelihood Support.
Islamic Relief Somalia received funding from Islamic Relief UK to drill one borehole at identified site in Puntland and equip with Solar system for water supply.
Islamic Relief Somalia hereby invite bids for the Supply, installation and commissioning of a solar system for pumping water from the following borehole site: –
1. Lanta Hawada , Nugal Region in Puntland.
Interested eligible ccontractors with sound capacity, relevant experience in similar work and duly registered are here by invited to collect tender document from Islamic Relief Garowe Office.
1. Requirements for Tender Documents
1. Tender envelop should be sealed with reference number and stamped.
2. Company Profile with detailed physically verifiable contact address
3, Most recent Bank statements (last 6 months).
4. Quotation price.
5. Valid Registration certificates.
6. Evidence of Past Experience in a similar work of Borehole Solar installation (LPOs/Contracts letter etc)
7. All bids should be written in English.
2. Deadline
Tender document with detail specification and terms and conditions will be at logistic unit of Islamic Relief Garowe office at free of cost from 25th to 31 Jan 2020. The deadline for submitting bids is 31th 2020 at 05:00PM and any tender or documents received later than this date and time will not be accepted. The sealed envelopes should be dropped at Islamic Relief Garowe Office Tender Box.
