TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
The Somali Red Crescent Society (SRCS Garowe branch) hereby invites qualified suppliers (Local or International) to bring all items specified on the attached RFQ and the price for each item in US dollar.
1. Procurement Guidelines
A. All goods, works, and service shall be in accordance with SRCS procurement policy under section 1.
B. The items will be as follows
· Diesel Fuel in 56 tanks of 200 liter each (subsidy to the boreholes)

C. Selection and purchase of items should apply the guidelines.
- The company must have an extensive experience.
- The company should demonstrate an ability to purchase the items mentioned above.
- All bidders must come to SRCS Garowe office to receive a complete set of the documents comprising as follows:-
a. Invitation to bid
b. Instruction to bidders
c. Request for Quotations
d. Contract data
e. Guidelines
- All the bidders should fill the provided documents and bring back to the office.
- SRCS called herein the employer and the contractor to lowest or highest quotation but will select the most suitable bidder that SRCS considered qualified.
- Willingness to enter a binding agreement with a guarantor.
All interested parties must submit their filled documents within days 9 days starting from 01 -9 December 2021. Due to the time pressure SRCS Garowe will not consider any candidate who’s come beyond after the deadline.
