Bosaso (PP News Desk) — Puntland Security Forces arrested 25 terrorist suspects following a nine-hour security operation in Bosaso last night.
PSF conducted the planned security operation at nine neighbourhoods of the commercial city of Puntland State. Security forces searched several hotels where men suspected of being Al-shabaab and ISIS members were staying.
Bari Regional Police Commander Hussein Ali Mohamud briefed the media on the operation. He said that the Police would thoroughly investigate the case of terrorist suspects rounded up in the security operation.
Bosaso has seen a decrease in the number of terrorist attacks since the reorganisation of the city into four parts and security reforms.
