Garowe (PP News Desk) — The Minister of Civil Aviation and Airports of Puntland State of Somalia Ilyas Osman Lugatoor who briefed the media in Garowe on the achievements of the Ministry for the year 2019.
Minister Ilyas said that the plan for the Ministry of Civil Aviation in 2019, was successful, and the Ministry had inspected all Puntland airports.
Also, the Minister of Civil Aviation said that they had given priority to the renovation of airports in Puntland, and inaugurated new airports used for that new flights to and from the airport of Alula District in Gardafuu region.
Finally, the Minister of Civil Aviation and Airports of Puntland State of Somalia, Ilyas Osman Lugatoor, said that the airport in Garowe has undergone major renovation in addition to new international flights by Ethiopian Airlines.
