Puntland Civil Service Commission
The Puntland State of Somalia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Somali Capacity Injection Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the implementation of the Capacity Injection Mechanism (CIM), a Puntland State of Somalia initiative to provide urgently needed skills, knowledge and expertise to recipient Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) in the Puntland Civil Service. The Puntland State of Somalia is looking to recruit Director of Institute of Public Administration and Management as part of a major civil service reform initiative to rebuild the Somalia civil service with competent and qualified management staff.
