The Government of the Republic of Germany through the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusamenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH has commissioned us to tender for the Provision of professional guarding services for the GIZ Project Offices in Somalia (Hargeisa, Berbera, Garowe and Kismayo).
The purpose of this service contract is the guarding of the GIZ premises during and after business hours (24/7). The premises/sites are located in Garowe, Puntland
The service contract shall be covering the period from 01.09.2018 till 31.08.2019 with an option of annual extension(s) up to 31.07.2022.
The GIZ office Nairobi now invites Bidders to submit, free of charge, and without obligation on part of GIZ, a bid on the basis of the following terms and conditions. Non-conformity with all conditions mentioned could lead to the exclusion of the bid.

Eligible Individuals/Firms should submit their “TECHNICAL & FINANCIAL PROPOSALS” in TWO separate plain sealed envelopes in the Tender Box situated at the various GIZ Offices as mentioned in the invitation document not later than 15th August 2018 @1500hrs (East African Time), clearly marked as indicated in the detailed Terms of Reference.
