The Puntland State of Somalia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Somali Capacity Injection Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the implementation of the Capacity Injection Mechanism (CIM), a Puntland State of Somalia initiative to provide urgently needed skills, knowledge and expertise to recipient Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) in the Puntland Civil Service. The Puntland State of Somalia is looking to recruit Senior Advisors and CIM Coordinator for beneficiary MDAs as part of a major civil service reform initiative to rebuild the Somalia civil service with competent and senior qualified advisors.
The positions are envisaged to enhance the civil service capacity by providing the beneficiary MDAs with senior advisor to develop the capacity of civil servants and transfer knowledge and expertise to beneficiary institutions:
