Ministry of Education & Higher Education (MOEHE) of Puntland State of Somalia, through a consultant, is conducting an in-depth Education sector Analysis(ESA), followed by a review and update of the Education Sector Strategic Plan (ESSP) that expired in 2016, with a view of coming up with an updated 5-year ESSP(2017-2021). The process will be led by the MOEHE along with key stakeholders, especially the Education Sector Committee (ESC).
